1.4 Transition Design for TypeⅠ and TypeⅡ Track System on Subgrade

CRTSⅠ slab ballastless track system is comprised of steel rail,elastic separated rail fastening,track slab,cement-emulsified asphalt mortar adjustment layer,concrete base,convex blocking mound and stuffed resin nearby,etc.

CRTSⅡ slab ballastless track system on subgrade is comprised of steel rail,elastic separated rail fastening,track slab,cement-emulsified asphalt mortar adjustment layer,and supporting layer,etc.

There is no alteration for TypeⅠ track slab and its underneath structure while TypeⅠ track transits to typeⅡ track,but the reinforced concrete base plate of TypeⅠ track should extend 4m beneath typeⅡ track,i.e.the supporting layer underneath the last plate of typeⅡ track slab is 4m reinforced concrete base plate.The last plate of typeⅡ track slab is special plate,whose length is 6365mm(135mm shorter than standard plate).Finish rolling deformed bar for connecting purpose is not reserved at the end adjacent to typeⅠ track slab,110mm construction joint is reserved at type Ⅰ track slab end,and embedded steel bars should be applied at inner side of 8 rail supported beds of typeⅡ track slab,see Figure 4 for its specific structure.
